The "No right Turn on Red" sign at the end of the ramp from westbound Michigan to southbound Telegraph is universally disregarded. For about half of the light cycle there is no traffic present travelling southbound on Telegraph. Solution; Shortened the Red portion of the light cycle for those on the entrance ramp.
