With pedestrians asking for sidewalks to be cleared of these bikes, I have been seeing more and more bikes parked on private property. There should be locations around the city on city owned property where these bikes can be parked. If the user does not park the bike in designated locations, the meter keeps running on the use of the bike.

The bikes have been retrieved and redistributed.
