A. This is an unsafe intersection. Cars exiting the freeway cannot see northbound traffic (auto, bike or pedestrian) because of the overpass bridge railing. They have to enter into traffic for clear sight lines. Cars turning north onto 11th cannot see because of the two lanes next to them edging out. It seems like this would be a really good location for a traffic light. If the signal were to be tripped by a waiting car, then the light wouldn't need to cycle if there was no need.
