Same issue with the guy 50 ft to the southwest. Painting the rocks white and building a path on the public beach. Brought this up via ClickFix three weeks ago. Some rocks were removed but are back this week along with there metal ramp. Get this guy to remove the rock, clean the graffiti paint off the rocks and pull the ramp back behind his property lines.
