I have contacted Bird. These are placed by their independent contractors every day. The placement of these scooters are in violation with ADA municipal codes only allowing 28” for pedestrian traffic. This is a narrow intersection, narrow street and narrow sidewalk. Additionally, the residents of this neighborhood were not given notice that the scooters would be placed in front of homes. Please advise Bird to change their location (possibly 55th and MacArthur where there is a much larger space!)
