Description

What time are the Field Construction permits hours of construction? Crew begins coming in at 5:45 am and 8/30/18 @ 4:30 am. I thought there were restrictions on what time to what time. Trucks blocking our driveway, truck blocking only working hydrant on block, using improper equipment to haul steel products. Also there are scrap markes on our recently paved street.
