Description

There are two abandoned bikes that need to be removed but are U-locked to bike racks. The bikes have been there for at least 5 months, and many of their parts have disappeared (wheels, bike seat, handlebars, etc). I've been told that this issue falls under the jurisdiction of the New Haven Police Department and no one else. The residents of The Elmhurst apartment building and passersby would greatly appreciate it if NHPD could please remove the bikes and donate their remaining parts to Bradley Street Bike Coop. Thank you!
