Towing signs must be up for at least 24 hours.

Go into store and talk to management. They are very aggressive to take care of this.

Management will remove all beggars when reported.

They really care and want to provide a safe place for everyone to shop.

I did talk to management and he said he would have security look into it. Their security consist of an old man who feeds in to the problem by working on the overnighters car with him and doesn't enforce the parking rules. What do you do then? The manager doesn't want the over nighter there but security doesn't ask them to leave. Someone is not doing their job. Saars Management is just feeding into the problem and making it worse.
