It would be great to have this fixed. Safe crossings of Lomas are few and far between.

This crossing is a huge barrier to people trying to bike or walk N/S. Fixing this sensor would be a huge improvement.

Checking in as it has been a bit more than a week since reporting this. Please advise of next steps I can take if this cannot be truly "closed" via this app/service. - Scot

Thanks for the increased vehicle (I'm guessing this means bicycle detection, too), but will the timing be changed as well to change the 100% priority given to vehicles on Lomas v. Edith? That is, will the wait time be reduced to a reasonable number of seconds?

So as the "call back" concept doesn't appear to be in the offing, let's just focus on the following question:

Is "closing" this matter by stating "detection set (sic) the maximum security" a matter of not understanding that I'm actually now asking that the timing/sequencing of the signal be changed to grant more time, less waiting for those on Edith, OR is it a matter of this request for more equitable signal timing being understood AND that the City isn't willing to do that?

Hence the reopening of this matter until we get clarification on this. Just tell me if the City isn't willing to make the timing/sequencing more equitable. I won't agree with that decision, but at least that way I'll know what is truly "Closed" and will stop Reopening the matter. At least here at 311/SCF. Thanks - Scot
