I would like to report an ongoing noise complaint from Tyson's world of dogs. I live in an apartment complex on Haven Avenue, and the dogs are barking at all hours of the night. It is absolutely ridiculous! Even with our windows closed and air conditioning on, we can still hear the dogs. Currently, the dogs are barking loud at 9:54 pm. But on other nights, I've heard them at midnight and even as late at 2:20am.
