very loud noises coming from dog kennel at all hours through the night. clearly violates the noise ordinance for local residents. animals sound like they are under severe distress. please investigate the treatment of the animals after hours (10 PM and later) and please also investigate noise levels at local housing communities

Noise level readings have been conducted during the day and they were within the noise level limit. Can you please tell me which apartment complex on Haven Ave. you live in so I can check if any readings were done at night. Please provide the specific address.
In addition, Code Enforcement has been to the kennel a couple of times, and the dogs are not in any way under distress.
