The oak tree near the cable box was inspected on 9/13/2018. We will recheck the oak in the spring of 2019. A small amount of deadwood was noticed and it may be declining but it still has a lot of green on the tree. If further decline is noticed in the spring it will be marked for removal. The oak tree next to the driveway apron looked to be healthy at this time. Lifting of the apron on the left side near the tree has been noted and will be investigated further.

Trees were checked again. All trees at 4702 looked to be ok for now. One oak next to the property of 4702 may be declining a bit but not enough deadwood to warrant removal of the tree just yet. If any of the trees decline drastically in the future, towards the end of summer or next spring please submit another SCF and someone will return to inspect.

The Driveway issues were submitted to the sidewalk department upon the first initial inspection.
