Tall grass over 8 inches tall in front yard. This house also put bags of trash out since Monday or Tuesday by the street. The don't pick trash up until Thursday. Animals get in the trash and strew it about. I have seen the trash bags fall into the street, which is Jolly Rd, which has a very high volume of traffic.
