1. SCF does put in an address guessing where you want to report, this can be changed while in the reporting process. You figured out how to change it from you desk.

On to more information needed. Are you referring to the people who park on the side of the road dropping off their children or are you referring to the Flynn parking lot. You only stated "Parking area" and since we constantly get complaints about people parking on the side of the road in the morning could you please clarify. A photo would also be helpful.

Im referring to the chronic parking an the grass next to the southern parking lot. People park there every day, during school hours. Many times BSD trucks are parked there on the grass. This has been reported in the past.
