Heavy Through-Truck Traffic is creating unsafe conditions in a dense residential, park-lined neighbourhood street. The DOT's recent truck mobility study acknowledges the problem. However, beyond identifying the intersection of Caton and Flatbush as one of the Top 5 Truck Accident sites in the Boro and numerous complaints there is little quantifiable data on the issue.
