This will be the norm. As long as there are homeless, there will be squaller. Personally, if I were homeless I would want to "live" in as clean of an environment as possible. Too many just DGAF. C'mon Vallejo, budget for what you know is inevitable.

I have been reporting this sight with pictures for months! Just looking at my pictures from the beginning until now, garbage , filth, homeless camps, rv's, cars, vans, trucks, all full of homeless vagrant squatters has compounded twofold! City could care less and it shows! 3962 Sonoma blvd is a full blown city within itself, actually it has become a garbage dump and growing as we speak! Once again the city's do nothing approach towards the land owners is evident! Valsaf Holding Comp. Of Los Altos Calif owns this marshy area now home to at least 15 homeless camps, squatters and anything else that moves in! This has to be a TOXIC sight for these bums have know where to relieve themselves but in the bushes! To go along with this im sure there are 100's of used needles, syringes and other toxic items that they discard with know care in the world! How many times must i report both of these areas before some type of action to rectify this problem? The city states its a long process to move these people, are they not breaking numerous laws,trespassing, loitering, ILLEGAL camping, littering, indecent exposure, and i could probably name a dozen more laws their breaking but you get the point! No wait, you dont get the POINT!!!!!!!! Their still there! Lack of leadership and foresight from this current city council!
