What is the timeline for repair? Since the issue has not be resolved, I’m changing the status back to open at least until I can confirm a scheduled repair date.

The timeline for these types of repairs can take up to 12 months. We're happy to leave this report open, but it will not accelerate the timeline for repair. A work order has been created in our system and crews will get to it as soon as they can.

City of Raleigh: Thank you for your reply. The issue is actually quite recent and is the result of work done in the last few months by the City of Raleigh. A nearby section of the sidewalk was replaced after excavation for the lateral sewer line project here on North Hills Drive. Unfortunately, the new section of sidewalk was not trenched and is now creating the flooding issue. I have reached out to the PMs from the North Hills Drive sewer line repair project about this multiple times but never heard back.

Though sections of sidewalk on North Hills Drive were recently replaced/repaired, the issue posted was not addressed. Water still pools in front of 5405 North Hills Drive (per photos in previous comments).
