This hasn’t changed since it was reported in 2011. Walmart shoppers don’t stop at the stop sign when leaving. Falls Blvd is the main road...the entrance/exit to Walmart is technically a “turn off“. Falls Blvd traffic should technically have the right of way though now both roads have stop signs, people from Falls Blvd are not being allowed to pull out from their residential area.
