TRASH all along 4th Street, South. In the bus shelters and around city benches! Clothes, sleeping bags food containers. How much MORE are we, the tax payers have to do to "clean" up this AREA??? Homeless and drug/alcohol persons passed out randomly on sidewalks, benches etc........We need HELP and WE NEED IT NOW!!!!!!!!! There is no specific address you can just ride up and down 4th St. South between 12th and 22nd and SEE IT. Please we have to find a solution....thank you for looking into this matter.
