Description

The 14th ave Park street exit off of 580 has a stop light that changes too quickly which in turn backs up the 580 freeway during rush hour. The first light off the exit turns yellow in approximately 10 seconds, only allowing about 4-7 cars to pass thru the intersection before the light is red. If the timing on this light is changed, I believe that this would help reduce traffic on 580 between seminary and 14th ave park street.
