I've made several attempts to the owners and their point of contact (Clarke company).

Not sure if you read the comment I sent Paul, but there is no physical address where the tree is, it's located on empty property and I have provided the property owners names along with the Cad# & account #. I had to research just to make contact with owners so I have no additional information to provide other than it's directly behind my home . Please advise of an ETA when this will be resolved or next steps?

Code Enforcement only address trees/brush that are hanging too low over the sidewalk or street, obstructs driver vision or street signs or dead trees that may pose a safety hazard. When the trunk of a tree on another persons property grows branches that extend off the property and above another's, it is the responsibility of both parties to alleviate the problem. Options that may help to resolve the issue is to contact the company that insures your property for additional information, notify the owner in person, send a letter via certified mail with a return receipt, trim the tree branches back to the property line from which the tree is planted. Depending on actions taken, you may be liable should something go wrong. This issue is being closed as it is not a city ordinance violation. With Regards.
