Hello the ticket was issued to the wrong person I have been trying to reach officer worthen to let him know that I do not live at 26300 N River Park Dr and do not own that property.

Q. Why do you think it is abandoned (no tires, plowed in, etc.)?
A. the ticket mailed to me says the car is abandoned
