A. 38th Ave E and 13th Ave S By Bancroft Elementary and Dairy Queen
Q. If Other, describe
A. The light stays green for cars on 38th St E even when there is a car waiting on 13th Ave S (either side of the intersection). The green light will cycle through multiple Walk opportunities for pedestrians while cars wait for the red light on 13th Ave. If a pedestrian presses the walk button to cross 38th St, this will cause the light to finally change.
