Description

At the intersection of Whalon Street, South Street, and Merriam Avenue, the right hand green signal is burnt out for vehicles going straight into the Twin City Plaza from South Street. Also, the "Keep Right" and yellow square warning signs have been knocked down for northbound traffic on Merriam Ave/Whalon Street.
