R. Left Turn - Traffic Signals.

P. Why is this a concern?
R. Due to construction on Bissonnet (east and west bound) at Kirby, there is only one lane on Bissonnet each direction so the left turn light is not on the same time as the through traffic light. Causing lots of backup from all the cars waiting to turn left. Left turn light and green through light should both be green at the same times to avoid traffic issues, until all lanes reopen.
