Description

This happens every so often as I turn left coming from Heynes Bridge Rd to North Point Parkway. Today I was stuck there for 5 turn signals. A bunch of cars waiting but it just wouldn't turn green to turn left. People either crossing with a red light or taking a detour because it takes so long. Please fix this I was there over 10 minutes today trying to take a left turn!
