It is possible that the hydrant is not noticeable because of the overgrown grass.

It is plenty visiable because there is a HUGE sign that I made myself. Even a JC Police officer saw the sign. I CUT the grass around the hydrant. SO THIS IS MELARKY PERIOD. PA department is just plain old tired of receiving our calls, because they are on a regular bases. Not to mention the fact they Katerria workers ALL Know that this is a HYDRANT.

Parking Enforcement contacted DPW and the areas surrounding the vacant lot were cleaned up grass was trimmed.
