Description

This house has an above ground pool in their backyard that has been full of swampy, mosquito larvae filled water for a very long time. They've been reported in the past, but nothing has been done. I THINK there might be a pool cover on this pool that has subsequently been filled with water and sunk to the bottom of the pool. This has become a snake/mosquito habitat that needs to be cleaned up.
