Description

There is all kinds of garbage around trash bin on sidewalk most likely from the homeless people staying under the 580 overpass. They are hoarders and have way too much stuff. Please, please do something about this weekly and do not allow them to keep accusing more trash, garbage and stuff. This is NOT their property.
