How long does an issue take to be resolved? Or at least for the person who reported it to be told that it is being looked into? Are there ever any updates posted?

We only have 2 inspectors and the Demolition Coordinator for the entire county at this time and no support staff. Used to have 7 inspectors, 3 support, and a Demolition Coordinator. We are focusing on interior complaints related to rental property at this time. If positions are filled, we will get back to yard conditions. Respectfully, John

How do we get in touch with the owners if they don’t live there? Also, this is attracting animals/rodents. How do we take action. I do not want to see someone get but because another person or the city could not take care of the yard. The ivy has started over growing the fence.

This yard continues to grow. Is there any suggestion as to how to contact the owners as I am afraid this is starting to attract rodents and other creatures that could create bigger problems within a neighborhood.
I have tried contacting the county but still have not received a call back.
