Description

When heading west bound on W. Walnut, the
traffic lights at Oakland and Walnut are blocked by the trees on the North side of the road. I believe there is a recommended sight distance for visibility in a 30 mph zone per the MUTCD which is 270 feet. I believe a warning signal is needed to warn traffic that the light is changing or trim the trees for the required sight distance.
