Owner came in - needs 2 weeks to remove fence. will update & close

most of the fence has been taken down. Still the poles need to be removed and violation will be closed. ns

POSTS STILL WERE 5-6 FOOT TALL - FENCE SECTIONS HAVE BEEN REMOVED; HOMEOWNER WAS THERE - SPOKE TO HER - AS HOW TO RESOLVE - SAID THE POSTS WILL BE REDUCED TO 501/2 " FOR A 48 INCH FENCE TO BE REINSERTED. CONTINUE TO INSPECT

Posts within 4 feet of the property line are still above 4 feet in height. Nothing has been done by owner nor zoning.
