Neighbor wrote, "The city had a water oak removed in the strip between the road and sidewalk ....In the process, a heavy limb was dropped that damaged ...the...sidewalk. To date, despite assurances from the tree contractor and subsequent efforts by (name) who at the time was our sidewalk rep, this hole has not been repaired.Whom should we contact about having this repair done by the City?"
