Q. Please describe the issue.
A. Flooding in this neighborhood has been a problem for years. This picture was taken Saturday 8/9/2018 after only a short afternoon thunderstorm. 82nd Ave by the new Mercedes dealership was completely u see water so the Pinellas Park police had to stop traffic from going through. Flooding here has drastically increased since the higher dealership was built. Couple years ago the city re-did the storm drains west of here by the church. That neighborhood does not flood but ours does! This needs to be addressed ASAP before we have a real storm come through and swamp the entire neighborhood. Easements behind our properties are a complete swamp and I have not been able to cut the vegetation in weeks.
