This is the THIRD TIME I have reported this issue. No acknowledgement or assignment to an appropriate agency was made. So I'll try again.

Occupant appears to be operating a landscaping business and is using the front and side of the premises as a storage yard. AT ALL TIMES, averages 8-10 refuse cans on the sidewalk in front of the yard, which is also filled with rubbish. Thus is all visible from the street. Also, uses the public stairway adjacent to the property for storage of old containers and garbage. As well as being a blight in the neighborhood, this is against city codes.
