Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. We will be dispatching our inspector to the site to evaluate the sidewalk. Please allow us up to two weeks to conduct the inspection.

Based on our inspection of the condition of the sidewalk, this site has been elevated to our claims list. Our contractors are currently on other job sites. We are scheduling the site as our on call contractors become available and we work through the claims list. Please be aware we schedule our claims list on a triage basis and handle the worst first.

Sidewalk was repaired, issue is resolved.

Sorry but I have to reopen this as my driveway and the sidewalk are still blocked off with cones and tape. I was happy when the work was done a month ago, as the original issue was fixed and it seemed to be a matter of waiting for it to dry. After four weeks I called engineering and asked when someone would remove the cones and tape so I could access my driveway, and I was told by the engineering department that the contractors still had to come and fill in dirt around the repair and do any cleanup. That was early last week, and I was told they were coming that week but another two weeks went by and nothing more has been done. I will open this ticket again until the work is done and the cones are removed.

The contractor was called moments ago.

Thank you, they came out Friday to remove the cones, and Saturday they finished filling in dirt and asphalt where needed. The job looks finished now, thanks again.
