Intersection Rt. 15 S. right, on to Dewey Ave. Wharton.
Just look at the evidence of truck tires rolling over the curb to get onto Dewey Ave. The curb needs to be re-engineered.
Very dangerous. Some innocent person/family sitting at the light is going to be crushed. Drivers stopped at light on Dewey Ave are sitting ducks.

and, god-forbid, an accident does occur at this Site, which traffic/transportation
authority would be held financially responsible?
