Six days have elapsed since the original complaint was lodged. Although your department has posted the property, no effort has been made to cut the grass. The rain has assisted in allowing the height of the grass to increase exponentially. What now?

The owner has taken to leaving small dead rats on my front mat at the bottom of my steps. I don't appreciate the gesture.

There is a process that has to take place. The property has been posted and letters have been sent to the owner. We have to give the owner the opportunity to cut the grass. Our inspector will be back to the address around the 26th of the month. At that time, if the owner has not cut the property then we will have our contractors cut the property. The entire process takes anywhere from 21-30 days.

Work Order was closed on 10/1/18. Address was found to be in compliance. Area of concern was cut by owner. Request is now being closed.
