well the homeless have got to sleep and hang around somewhere ...
perhaps if Raleigh had an affordable housing ordinances like
the Town of Chapel Hill and their County have this would not be a issue

Hmm, this trash is from fast food joints, not homeless camps? I've never seen folks living it out in this part of the Greenway…
