Unfortunately, our corrupt Demo.crat thug controlled city government couldn't care less about the children of legitimate taxpaying, hardworking Oakland residents. Their platform revolves around rewarding people for making bad decisions at the expense of everyone else. Reward evil for good and good for evil.

  The MLK homeless encampments starts at West Grand Ave to the overpass near MacArthur Blvd. Moreover, these encampments spills into the adjacent residential streets where families with children live. My encampment on 23rd Street/MLK has been there for over 3 years and nothing has been done. The City feels that the plight of the homeless is paramount to its residents.
  Moreover, FYI the homeless are now allowed to encamp at Lake Merritt where children visit.

  When the Oakland Raiders leave. The need to turn the coliseum into a giant clearinghouse for all these street people. Put the social service people there along with all there advocates, liquor stores, food trucks, safe injection stations, mental health. give so much they never want to leave. It will save millions of taxpayer dollars. Tow all the RVs and trailers there as well. If they want help give them help if not leave them there. One big happy family. Just get off the street and out our parks. I was hoping for candlestick first to move these vagrants across the the bay but that never worked out. Now plan B.

  What about the A’s? They play there as well and use the coliseum more than the Raiders. Interesting idea but will not work.

  They are going building a new water front stadium??? Just throwing out options something has to be done they have let this so called homeless issue get completely out of hand and its all at the taxpayer expense.
