An old blackman in a motorized wheelchair, who comes outside and sits infront of the building when the schoolbus drops the kids from school off, every afternoon !

Well, maybe he lives there!! Wow, one cannot even go outside without being accused of disgusting acts. if you have a problem, go to the police department, so they can laugh you away.
