@ 11:15 am In the Southgate shopping center where Dollar General is located. I noticed 3 teenagers 2black one white one black kid had a black book bag there were between 5-5 to 5-10 in height. they were spotted walking towards America's Best Wings. The one black teen was spotted trying the back driver side
door of a Black Chrysler car. these kids belong in school. Tried calling 311 to see if a officer could come out. But I just got a recorded msg. If I can grab a picture

I mean, if only we had some type of "law enforcement" and "justice system" to back all this up. And you know, if we do, perhaps that's where complaints should be focused.
Or they could perhaps weigh in, in an incredible vague way because ya know, "due process".
