说明
SeeClickFix has an anonymous setting that allows anyone to make a false report. This is being used at times for the purpose of extortion. In my case this has occurred in excess of 20 times in the prior 2 year period.. Yesterday some vagrants were attempting to move into my locked garage, they verbally cited this App as how they locate where to stay. The attempted squat was courtesy of SeeClickFix which aided and abettied via the "anonymous" function on this App. Please require SeeClickFix to moderate their application more thoroughly and identify anonymous fraudulent reports. Citizens can certainly decide to prefer legal action if this issue remains unresolved.

That is rediculous. If someone makes a report about your propery, they usually attach pictures of the offense.
IF someone attempted to “squat” in your garage, it’s probably because the property seems in a blighted and or abandoned
Condition. Maybe you’d want to FIX UP THE PROPERTY, then it could NEVER be mistaken by any vagrants as a property
eligible for squatting. Clean up the property so it reflects that fact that its’ OCCUPIED. Interesting that you had a conversation
with someone attempting to commit a crime against you and your property?
That does not past the smell test — IMHO.

You??
Interesting that you should post anonymously, complaining of other people posting anonymously. The reality is: if your property was not in violation of any city codes. The people at city hall would take a look and go away. If however, there is a violation of city codes, then it’s mot harassment, it’s just a neighbor wanting you to clean any blight that might be bringing the neighborhood down.

Surely, if a report is made on SeeClickFix AND is handled promptly, either by the owner, or by a city agency, then there is no longer a cause for offense, or for attractiveness to vagrants or other criminals.
It seems that problems with a property can be exacerbated by a SeeClickFixed posting only if city agencies fail to investigate, or fail to inform, encourage or enforce the owner to perform necessary repairs.
Don't blame SeeClickFix for the inaction of uncaring landlords, or unresponsive city agencies.
