The street lights along Josephine Skinner Dr are owned by Fulton County Library and have been reported to them for repair. Their number is (770) 640-3075

Sorry about that Don, you are correct. A couple of weeks ago I had reported those to the East Roswell Branch because I could not get through to that number. This time they actually gave me an email address, so I sent a request for those nine lights to be repaired.

Thank you Mike. Hope they fix it asap. Lot of seniors will be using the GET for the play that starts tonight, and it is too dark to walk and cross the street safely.

Mike, can you please share that email address. Has Fulton county responded? I have posted twice previously about those lights being out and the safety issues. Thanks.

Yes Fulton has responded. The question now is ownership. I've sent Georgia Power out yesterday to investigate to see exactly what is going on and they will also determine ownership and report back to me.

We had found the meter and photocells the other day, but only three of the nine lights came on. Georgia Power confirmed the meter number to be associated with a Fulton County Government Account. You can contact aziza.brown@fultoncountyga.gov, she did send Georgia Power out to look at the system as they contacted me earlier that they were looking at lights on Josephine Skinner Dr today.
