Well, the problem is...Tukwila has a “NO signage Law”. Every business knows about these laws. It’s a good law to have in such a condensed business area. Maybe not for all of Tukwila, but differently Southcenter area.
If every business was doing what they are doing...it would be completely out of control.
BUT...this is Tukwila’s flagship building. Growth is a fantastic thing...as long as it’s managed properly. It just seems that the tallest building is breaking the most amount of rules. Let’s see if the city makes them play by the same rules. Time will tell.
