Yes, I could meet you there Monday morning. You are also welcome to stop by on your own, if I am remembering correctly the most obvious area where they are digging under the fence is to the back left of the yard.

I will reach out to the T and have them get extermination. Make sure you let your landlord know that the rats are getting into your yard so the landlord can get pest control.
