Description

Malfunctioning traffic lights - for northbound and southbound traffic on Moon, the light stays red for 95 to 100 seconds, and stays green for only maybe 12 to 15 seconds. Also, the signals do not detect when a car has pulled up to the intersection and stopped in any direction.
