What address/intersection? If you mean the new ones on Canal (Jefferson/Mill intersections) then good luck. This has been reported/asked about many many times. Whoever thought that these blinking yellows were a good idea needs to be out of a job. Maybe AFTER the light has been green for a long time it could go to yellow blinking. The Mayor and does not care because she does not drive through these areas. Then you have the parking director that she appointed who does not even drive to work! How these people are chosen to design traffic measures I have no idea. That is how you now see foolish signs like 'bikes can use full lane' on Canal. Really?? Traffic has not been made bad enough, we now need to have bikes riding in the lane?

I particularly love that the 'bicycles can use full lane' signs are posted right where there is a separate bike path.
