Description

Our recycling bin keeps getting missed. It wasn't picked up on Tuesday (9-11). I have it in the proper location in the alley and nothing is preventing them from getting to it. This is the third time I've had to report a missed pick up. I think a manager or someone higher up needs to be informed at this point. I understand our pick up is in a weird spot but I'm paying for the service so my bin needs to be emptied every other week, as scheduled.
