Description

After removing tree few years ago, sidewalk was never repaired, sidewalk is now raised and a trip hazard, rats have now dug in under sidewalk and are now venturing out for food to homes nearby, frequent sightings. Pest control needed for sidewalk, then sidewalk repair, then rodent info to neighbors regarding trash upkeep, bird feeders, etc (standard health dept form)
